I had a great day, beginning with breakfast and tea in bed, great homemade gifts from my fabulous kids and wonderful patio martini glasses and shakers and 2 pots for plants from my super husband and kids. We then had a great BBQ lunch after church at Steve's parents, followed by a trip to the cemetary and a long nap with Sara (so we can stay up late for Survivor!) So many blessings for which I am grateful!
Last June- Connor's birthdayAnd of course I couldn't help but think of two of the greatest moms I know and love dearly. I miss them both immensely.

(unfortunately, I don't have a lot of pictures of Mom alone or with the kids on my disc. I have some earlier shots, but they are printed on hard copies- you remember, the old fashioned way...)
I am who I am today because of them both! I'm sure they are together right now, maybe even sipping some wine like we loved to do each mother's day.
